Well-Being at Work: The Value of NLP in Workplace Learning

The New Workplace demands that people expand both focus and flexibility for dealing with complex and changing realities.  Resilience characterizes the successful individual as well as the agile organization. How do NLP’s models of excellence translate into effective workplace learning that leads to resilience and to thriving organizations?

In this session we draw on over two decades of NLP-based courses, coaching, and consulting, to explore the opportunities and issues of working in organizations.

We’ll share some of the valuable lessons that guide us as well as key NLP concepts that make a difference throughout people’s careers. The Syntax framework and a foundation skill exercise used in our corporate programs will be demonstrated. Applications to participants’ organizations will be discussed.
