The 2010 IASH Sponsors Program
The following instructions explain how to proceed as a Sponsor:
- Sign up: If you haven’t yet, please log on and update your contact information by clicking your name at the top of this web page. This helps us maintain contact with you. Then fill in the Sponsor Registration Form located on the 2010 Sponsors Program link. Thank you !
- How many? Give us a ballpark estimate of the number of prospective conference attendees you will be communicating with on behalf of IASH. On the Sponsor's Registration form there will be other requested information that will let us know how you'll be promoting the conference. Please be sure to complete this information.
- Send your postal mailing list to the independent mailing house: Once you sign up to become a sponsor, we will send you the email address for the independent mailing house where you can send your postal mailing list. Files must be received no later than Wednesday, February 24, 2010. We will mail one flyer and one postcard announcing the conference to your contacts.
If you require a formal confidentiality agreement, before sending your list, please let us know. (sponsors@nlpiash.org)
Please send your mailing list as an MS Excel file. Click here for formatting instructions. If there is a problem with delivering an Excel file, please contact support@nlpiash.org.
These mailings will be sent out in April and July 2010 to announce the 2010 Conference.
Under no circumstances will any names be shared with anyone else. If you have concerns or questions about our privacy policy, please send an email to sponsors@nlpiash.org. Our understanding is that your sharing of names from your mailing list will also be in accordance with your stated privacy policies.
- Mention us in your email newsletters: If you will be sending out your own email newsletters between now and the conference, please include a paragraph similar to the following:
An opportunity for NLP learning and connection:
IASH is a non-profit NLP organization that holds an international conference every two years. Our organization (or insert your name) is proud to be a sponsor of the upcoming 2010 conference, which will be in San Francisco, California, October 28th – November 2nd. This conference is an opportunity to experience NLP from many styles and perspectives, learn about innovations in NLP, and meet new friends within the worldwide NLP community. For more information, go to www.nlpiash.com
- Include us: Whenever you send an email that mentions the IASH Conference, please include us (sponsors@nlpiash.org) in your mailing, or forward a copy.
- Forward e-bulletins: We will be sending “Conference E-Bulletins” roughly once each month. Please forward these to your circle of associates, trainees, etc. Please include us in your ‘send to” email list each time you send an announcement, letting us know the date sent and the number of contacts reached.
- Display or hand out Fliers: We will have additional PDF flyers available to download. (To get these flyers, go to the IASH website and click on the Sponsors Program link – then go to “Flyers” to access them.(Flyer link after March 1, 2010) Please display the color version in your training rooms, and on bulletin boards, and have copies (either color or black & white) available for your students or trainees.
- Your Banner Ad on the Conference Website: Let us know as soon as you’ve begun promoting the conference. (i.e. Either send us a copy of your first email newsletter, or an email showing where your link to the 2010 Conference Page is on your website) We will then place a banner at the top of the Conference Website.
The banners of all our supporters will run on the IASH home page for one year. Your ad will rotate randomly with the ads of other sponsors and will link back to your website when it appears. Your ad will also appear on our Sponsors Page. We'll build an ad for you based on your website graphics, or you may send a JPEG (468 x 60 pixels) Please send your website URL to sponsors@nlpiash.org
- Publish your announcements and articles: If you have announcements about your NLP workshops or trainings that you’d like us to promote, we will be sure to include those in our E-bulletins. If you have an article you’d like to have us post on the IASH website, please let us know at sponsors@nlpiash.org as early as possible.
We look forward to seeing you at the conference and we’ll be sending you information about additional discounts that your sponsorship qualifies you to receive, such as the discount for promoting your services or products at the “NLP Mall.”
