Dear friends of IASH:
In winter, we are told, plants grow invisibly, working their roots into the earth so they can re-emerge strong and beautiful in spring.
Following the inspiring success of our wonderful conference in September, IASH is growing sturdy new roots. The new Board of Trustees is working on administrative matters. Members of new committees are getting to know one another and hammering out their missions. The CD set from the conference is in the editing stages. (See details about special holiday pricing on the conference recordings, below.) New articles are posted on the IASH web site at www.nlpiash.org. Have you contributed one yet?
An exciting new worldwide collaborative modeling project -- the Healthy Sleep Project -- is underway. You can read about it on the web site -- and you can join in the discussion in the Forums section and even join the project if you wish. Other new conversations and discussions are beginning and can also be found in the Forums section. Some are open to the public, some to IASH members only and some restricted to participants in the project. Check them out!
At the same time, the many volunteers who worked hard on the conference are still catching up with all the business and personal matters they put aside. If you have volunteered and are not yet in touch with your committee, please go ahead, contact your committee head, or check the web site for updates, or send an e-mail to Dee Kinder for help in getting reconnected.
While much is happening, it’s a bit early to try to pull it all together into a single orderly report. We don’t start out orderly -- we’re NLPers! We start out with blank slates, open minds and pieces lying around everywhere. Then we put them together and find out what we have created.
So our little E-Bulletin committee is sending you this brief message to tell you that all is well in IASH. There will be news for you soon.
We are confident that you, too, are contributing to the revitalization of IASH. We thank you for your contribution to IASH, NLP and the progress of human understanding, and we wish you a healthy, prosperous and glorious holiday season.
