My NLP coach, Sharalee, and I were talking the other day and she mentioned that someone had challenged her to a simple experiment. She tried it and she liked it. She noted very positive changes in her body and her health. She lamented that she had no way to ask others to experiment with it and see what it did for them. She does not use the internet having had a bad experiece with it almost wiping out years of work in one fell virus swoop.
I thought of the IASH group and know that this is a progressive and experiencial group that would love a challenge so I am presenting it for you. Judith DeLozier and Patricia Knovak will, I imagine, especially like this one and be interested in the results.
Here is the challenge:
Before you get up out of bed each morning, belly breath filling your lungs fully and completely with air 10 times. That's all. Do it for a few days and note any differences you notice in your entire mind/body and soul. Then you will want to come back and share.
