As many of you, I went to the session on Dynamic Spin Release with Tim and Kris Hallbom.  It was super.

I have used it with a couple of children/clients.  They both loved it. "That was fun,"  they commented as they finished the program and solved a problem with "no pain." Only fun!

I have also used it myself.   It is easy to direct myself through it.
Another thing I have done with it is insert part of it into another program.  I had done some time line work and had brought out a metaphor at the end. The metapohor the client came up with was a bird.

Then  I got an idea. Why not let that metaphor go out on "an adventure to find another hidden gift or message."  It worked really well for my client and we were able to take the program even farther and deeper as the bird roamed the universe and brought back to the client a pertinent message.
Thanks to the Hallbam's for sharing at IASH.
