MARGARET REHAYEM

Being Present

Many of us make a living helping others make changes that enhance their lives. But how many of us get caught up in helping at the expense of taking care of our own needs during a session. This presentation allows participants to better learn what their own needs are as they work with clients. Participants will explore and experience how being present to themselves will help their clients become more present.
