The Extraordinary Self  Program is a SYSTEM OF TRANSFORMATION in ten steps, modeled from the characteristics of Peak Performers

Peak Performers exhibit the following characteristics: They continually reach Breakthrough Outcomes while continuously feeling good about themselves through dissolving inner obstacles easily and swiftly. Their behaviors are derived from values of integrity, authenticity, compassion, respect, love and responsibility, rather than from childhood needs for approval, attention, control, importance, etc. Peak Performers remain in the Flow state.

In this session we present the Extraordinary Self Program, a SYSTEM OF TRANSFORMATION in 10 steps, based on modeling these Peak Performers. We will review the Extraordinary Self steps, the learning model we are using, and the results with participants. You will have an experience of one or two of the key activities. Our intention is to present enough information for you to decide if you wish to become an Extraordinary Self coach/facilitator or not.

We offer the Extraordinary Self Program as a 10-session group program, an individual coaching program or one customized for corporations.

Our Certification track is currently open to NLPers, coaches, trainers, therapists and consultants.

Dr. Diane Kramer is an expert in NLP, Cognitive Psychology, learning and eLearning. She is the lead developer of the ‘Extrarodinary Self’ tm Program: A SYSTEM OF TRANSFORMATION in 10 steps, an application of NLP and Cognitive Psychology.. As CEO of PeakSkills Learning Systems, she runs the ‘Extraordinary Self’ Program division as well as the eLearning division. As a coach, trainer, entrepreneur, psychologist, eLearning specialist, professor and consultant, she brings expertise, compassion and an ability to help people transform at a deep level to her professional activities.
