  • What makes us happy (Positive Psychology – Martin Seligman’s work and a consideration of Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi)

And in workshop format:

  • How to use NLP to achieve optimism and happiness in our own and our clients’ lives, laying the foundations for good health.

Following a powerpoint lecture you will use NLP techniques to fulfil three criteria for happiness:

  • Letting go of the past – focusing on forgiveness and gratitude.
  • Creating a positive future – moving from anxiously anticipating future events to creating a vision of what you really want to happen. Take the signature strengths survey at www.authentichappiness.org and see how you can apply them more in your life and work.
  • Living in and enjoying the present, including accessing and anchoring Flow states and practising mindfulness .

Finish the workshop with a visualisation and artwork to discover your wise part / inner coach that takes care of your health and wellbeing and listen to its guidance.
