The Aki-Negotiation
Workshop, Resolving Conflict with Peace and Integrity
Aiki–Negotiation is a powerful
vision of personal and professional success founded on two philosophies of
healthy collaborative relationship. Collaborative Negotiation is recognized
around the world as a simple, effective, and universally applicable approach to
resolving differences and improving relationships. Aikido is the extraordinary
martial art passed on Japanese master Morihei Ueshiba’s realization that the
best ways of protecting your interests don’t require that you give in or harm
others.
The Aiki–Negotiation Workshop provides
individuals and groups with practical and easy to learn techniques for
transforming differences with others into rewarding collaborative
relationships, no matter what the issues, situations, or the types of people.
In this dynamic and practical workshop you will learn how the lessons of
Aiki–negotiation can help you and your clients to:
-
Increase your power to
effectively and ethically resolve differences with others without sacrificing
your integrity, values and beliefs.
-
Be fully prepared for even the
most difficult situations by centering the four aspects of a peak–negotiation
state.
-
Create healthy collaborative
relationships without making yourself vulnerable to abuse and exploitation
