Weight Loss Process
This is a comprehensive application of
NLP ideas and techniques to create optimum health and weight loss. This program
illustrates how it is possible to make dramatic positive shifts in beliefs and
behaviors around nourishment, exercise, esteem, and health. Especially
important can be eliciting and reframing early meanings of food and exercise
within the family constellation.
This 90-minute workshop session begins
by discussing the value of a comprehensive Optimum Health/Weight Loss program,
then walks through the steps in the 10–week program, including 2 exciting
experiential exercises for the most critical parts of the process, and ends by
describing how this program might be deployed with clients.
Pieces of the 10–week process include
intent-setting, boundaries, hierarchy of outcomes/values in all life areas,
aligning neurological levels, building/repairing self esteem, and eliciting and
shifting decision making strategies. Two exercises will be conducted:
Loosen Up Exercise: Interview questions
about “Food is…,” “Exercise is…,” etc.
Deep Dive Exercise: Life reframing key
moments where perceptions and beliefs formed around self esteem and the meaning
of food and exercise.
The outcome of this session is that the
attendees can take and deploy or adapt this program for their clients. Handouts
provided.

applies NLP to stock trading by running a hedge fund business, teaching the
