workshop will explore how you can use the powerful technology of NLP to impact
your health and well–being in positive ways. You will be introduced to a
revealing 25 year study reporting on the dietary habits, psychological traits
and behavioral habits of centenarians; those that reach and exceed the age of
100. You will have the opportunity to explore the internal states, physiology
and thinking patterns that will assist you in increasing your own longevity and
vitality. Come learn what’s possible for you.
This
workshop is experiential and suitable for people with no background in NLP as
well as advanced NLP students.

NLP trainer and explorer in this field. She has conducted countless health and
lifestyle trainings across the world, has worked on these issues with many
individuals in client relationships and is co–author of a book and series of
audio tapes on the subject of health.
