Our presentation focuses on the underlying, and mostly
unconscious, process successful professionals use to provide clients not just a
product or service but a solution. By solution we mean getting clients to where
they want to be, to their desired state, not merely solving a problem or
providing something they want.
We believe delivering solutions is the ultimate,
ecological way to assist others towards becoming healthy individuals and
companies towards becoming healthy businesses. Our process, the On–Purpose
Client Relationship, explores a useful approach for assisting clients in
achieving a complete solution, whether you are a sales or service person,
consultant, trainer, coach, or health professional.
In a world where products and services are increasingly
commoditized, those who offer solutions stand the best chance of surviving, and
thriving. Corporate America understands this, which is why it is trying
desperately to deliver solutions. Part of the reason corporations are not
succeeding, however, is that solutions are best understood, created, and
delivered on a very human scale, often one–to–one.
Our presentation introduces the fundamental concepts and

Rand Barbano and Ralph Goddi have been business
consultants since 1991 and use NLP techniques extensively in their work. In
2002 they started their own company, R Associates, to assist
managers in building healthy businesses. In the process of understanding how
they deliver solutions to their clients and how their clients, in turn, can
deliver solutions to their customers, the two created the On–Purpose Client
Relationship Triangle. Rand and Ralph now deliver this training to
professionals throughout the world.
