understanding of the change process. Second, you will make an assessment of the
costs and benefits of your current lifestyle patterns. Third, you will learn
some simple visualization techniques and processes that will assist you in
making whatever changes you decide to make. You will finish this workshop with
a greater sense of direction and motivation to enhance your future wellness.
