Integrating Both Sides of the Brain

We’ve all heard the phrase, “I have half a mind to ...” which may be true! If this describes what is happening cognitively for a person, he or she may literally be using only half of the information that is coded in their brain to deal with a particular situation or event. Missing is an integration of thinking; an amalgamation of right and left brain perspectives.
